Massive fluctuation out of X now, it’s just way too toxic there.

Algorithms trying to predict interests are tough to get right. Our interests shift, but we’re still fed the same topics long after we’ve lost interest. Even Google misses the mark, as I still see content I looked at for 10 minutes months ago! I believe no algorithm is better than a bad one.

I’m not exactly sure, but it feels like X’s algorithm got broken right after Musk took over. Now my feed is flooded with videos and tweets from right-wing maniacs. Don’t believe that’s just a coincidence.

I like X.com, but it’s happened quite often lately, especially with the Israel-Gaza conflict, that I’m suddenly presented with horrifying images or even videos of people dying, without any warning. That’s just not acceptable
