If I may, how do you believe they are "letting them in?" I agree illegal emigration has skyrocketed under Biden, he's a horrible president--but it wouldn't make sense to try to rush in as many immigrants as possible before the next election while also pushing for border security initiatives.
Not true. Biden has actually done quite a lot to reduce immigration, he's not "letting them in." Just last summer, he introduced an executive order to crack down on unlawful asylum. Trump told the Republican House to block a bipartisan bill that would've made Biden look better. And yeah Harris sucks
Any other Republican candidate and this election wouldn't even be close. But, of course, they had to nominate Donald Trump for the third time in a row.
All things considered? I think Harris is the better candidate in November, as a swing state voter. Trump's irritable personality and attempts to overturn the 2020 election offput me. But Harris is not any better. That said, I understand why you're voting for Donald Trump.
100% a pretty bad policy idea, not denying that. I'm just telling you Trump's ideas aren't better. A trade war could easily start, especially when we have someone with the temperament and maturity of Donald Trump in the White House.
Kamala's unrealized gains tax has been grossly misrepresented by the Republican media outlets. The tax only starts with people with a net worth of over $100,000,000, which really isn't that insane. I don't get the Musk comment, Kamala has many experienced businessmen siding with her too.
Honestly, I think that Trump's plan is equally bad. Most major, respected economists have stated that his fiscal policies would be a disaster for the economy. They will raise prices dramatically, and there is a frighteningly high chance of a trade war under a potential second Trump administration.
Yeah I agree. The whole "joy" trademark that the Harris campaign is going with honestly creeps me out. The hype is definitely forced -- Harris is a horrible candidate. I believe most Democrats know this but refuse to actually acknowledge it.
I believe that there was a Fox News poll that showed voters were split on who was better for the economy. This is a pretty good reflection of both candidates -- neither would make the economy better.
Rasmussen and Trafalgar have really shady methodology. Rasmussen has been exposed for being in cahoots with the Republican National Convention, skewing their polls toward them, and again, the Trafalgar group is highly sketchy. Trafalgar also bombed the 2022 midterms.
As a forecaster, 2016 isn't 2024. Methodology has seriously changed since then. It is very likely that, if Trump overperforms in the polls, it will be by a very slight margin, not nearly enough to ensure him an Electoral College victory.
I agree that the rhetoric being used by Democrats is deplorable, but Biden has a pretty good point. Trump will not accept the results of this election, and there is a very high chance of him fighting like never before to overturn it.
