Former Trump political adviser Steve Bannon wrote a letter from prison to the MAGA movement, declaring that "victory is at hand" and urging supporters to capitalize on the momentum. In his letter, Bannon emphasized the importance of gaining control of the House, Senate, and the presidency, referring to it as a critical opportunity to shape the country's future.
Bannon, who began serving a four-month prison sentence on July 1 for contempt of Congress, expressed optimism about the upcoming elections. He mentioned that Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris had "peaked" and that the momentum was now on the side of the MAGA movement.
"The stakes have never been higher," Bannon wrote, stressing that this is not just about winning, but about securing the future of America. He highlighted that a victory of this magnitude could reverse policies that he believes have negatively impacted the country.
Bannon was sentenced to prison for failing to comply with a subpoena from the House January 6th select committee.
