Melania Trump expressed gratitude for the Secret Service’s efforts during these events, noting that both situations were “miracles.” She emphasized that her husband’s safety is of utmost importance and stated her belief that “something” is watching over him. However, she raised concerns about the media's portrayal of the incidents, suggesting that the coverage became subdued and questioning the implications of political rhetoric labeling her husband a “threat to democracy.” She argued that such language only incites those who wish to do harm.

In light of the attempts, investigations into the Secret Service's protective measures have intensified. Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe acknowledged a “mission failure” regarding the July 13 incident, prompting calls for a reevaluation of the agency's operational protocols. Melania Trump is set to release a memoir next month, which promises to share previously untold stories and images.
